Cancellation policy

I fully understand that things happen last minute and you may not be able to attend your appointment with me.

However to make my business sustainable I must have enough time to fill appointments which are cancelled.

Therefore I kindly ask that you provide me with at least 48hrs notice if you need to change your appointment.

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will incur a charge of 50% of the booked appointment.

No shows will be charged in full.

I hope you can support my small business by giving me as much notice as possible.
